About Famous Entertainment
Famous Entertainment supplies DJs, MCs and photo booths for Gold Coast events. The team has hosted more than 500 events over 10-plus years, for families, schools and businesses. Its pitch is simple: one team, one quote and published prices. Rather than chasing separate suppliers for music, hosting and a photo booth, you can bundle them together and see what the booking costs before you enquire. Private party packages include a DJ set of up to 4 hours, a sound system and a curated playlist, with lighting, a haze machine and a dressed DJ booth on the step-up package. Must-plays and do-not-plays are agreed with you first, and backup equipment is on hand. For weddings, a DJ can cover the ceremony processional, cocktail hour, first dance and reception, and also act as MC. Larger packages add wireless microphones, a photo wall, a red carpet and gold bollards. Milestone birthdays are a regular booking, including 18ths, 21sts, 30ths, 40ths and 50ths. Work functions, galas, engagement parties and Christmas parties are also covered. Kids' parties run as structured discos, with an entertainer running games and dance competitions, disco lights and small prizes, so parents are not left running the event. School discos use blue card approved DJs with clean playlists. Photo booth options include an open-air booth with unlimited prints and a 360 booth. Send an enquiry with your date and venue to get a quote.

Frequently asked questions
What does a private party DJ package include?
The entry private party package includes up to 4 hours of DJ set, an hour for set-up, a sound system and a curated playlist. The next package up adds a haze machine, a lighting package, a covered DJ booth and extra booth lighting.
Can we combine a DJ with a photo booth?
Yes. Bundles pair a 4-hour DJ set with a 4-hour photo booth and an attendant, unlimited prints, props, custom overlays, a red carpet and gold bollards. It all sits under one quote.
Who runs the games at a kids' party?
The entertainer does. Each kids' package is a structured disco with games and dance competitions, so parents can step back, and the music is kept age-appropriate.
Can the DJ also be the wedding MC?
Yes. Wedding packages come with a professional DJ/MC, and the DJ can act as the dedicated MC on the premium package. A pre-planning session shapes the music and the running order.
Are Famous Entertainment's DJs insured?
Yes. Published party and wedding packages list $30 million public liability cover, and school disco packages include public liability insurance and basic compliance paperwork.
