About Twisted Sister Events
Twisted Sister Events is a family business built around one very recognisable snack: the tornado potato, a whole potato cut into a long spiral on a stick, crisp at the edges and soft through the middle. The family has been running its food trailer for more than five years, working markets and events from its base at Yatala. The tornado potato is the headline, but the menu goes further. Expect loaded chips, plain hot chips, sweet potato chips and dagwood dogs, along with dinosaur nuggets and kids packs for younger guests. It is casual, hand-held food that suits a crowd on its feet rather than a seated meal. The owners come from a big family themselves, and the menu reflects it. They built it knowing how hard it can be to feed children at an event, so there is something simple for the kids and plenty that the adults will happily queue for too. Complete joke. Hour plus waiting time for food you should be able to pump out in minutes. Staff have zero urgency and don’t seem to care. Pitiful.
