About Simone's Amazing Grazing
Simone's Amazing Grazing is a Gold Coast caterer working from Broadbeach Waters, and grazing is the whole focus. The spreads combine artisan cheeses, cured meats, Mediterranean deli items, seasonal fruit, crackers, bread and something sweet, laid out so the food does the decorating. For smaller gatherings, the boxes are the simple choice. A Large box feeds around 10 to 12 for light grazing, an XL suits about 15, and a party pack for 15 adds more substance for a birthday or an office lunch. There is also a vegetarian box, a brunch box and a slider package that pairs a large grazer with 20 mini sliders. Bigger events move on to the tables. A 1m flat table suits about 30 guests, a raised 1m version with decor does the same with more height and styling, and a 2m flat table stretches to around 50. The deluxe 2m table brings decor and finger food for 50, with delivery and set-up included in its price. Individually portioned charcuterie cups and boats solve the shared-platter problem at networking events, bridal showers and staff days. Corporate clients can have a logo on the cups, and custom cookies can carry a company name or a personal message. The team caters weddings, engagements, baby showers, birthdays, private functions and corporate events, and boxes can be collected from Broadbeach Waters as well as delivered. Daily order numbers are kept limited to protect quality, so send an enquiry early with your guest count and date.

Frequently asked questions
How many people does a grazing box feed?
The Large box serves about 10 to 12 people for light grazing and the XL box suits approximately 15. A party pack also feeds about 15 and is a more filling option for lunch.
What size grazing table do we need for 50 guests?
The 2m tables suit about 50 guests. Choose the flat luxury version or the deluxe table, which adds decor and finger food. The 1m tables are sized for around 30 people.
Is delivery and set-up included?
The deluxe 2m table price includes delivery and set-up across the Gold Coast. Boxes can be delivered or collected from Broadbeach Waters, and the team can confirm the details for other tables.
Are there vegetarian options?
Yes. A large vegetarian grazing box is on the menu, and the slider boxes can be ordered with haloumi cheese instead of beef, chicken or pork fillings.
Can the food be branded for a corporate event?
Yes. Charcuterie cups can carry your logo in place of the caterer's own, and logo cookies can be added to boxes and tables for team meetings, client gifts and company functions.
