Cheese and Crackers GC is a Southport grazing business built around one idea: the food should double as the centrepiece. It makes boxed platters and full grazing tables, and booking is simple. Choose what you want, pick a date, and it arrives ready to serve anywhere on the Gold Coast. Platters come in several sizes. The large cheese platter, sized for 10 to 15 people, combines camembert, triple cream brie, blue cheese, gouda, salami, prosciutto, artisan crackers, chocolate, honey and seasonal fruit. Fruit, charcuterie, dessert, sandwich and kids' party platters round out the range, and items can be swapped if you leave a note with your order. The Party Package is the easy option for a mixed crowd, pairing large cheese and fruit platters with either a sandwich or kids' platter. It suits birthdays, baby showers and casual catch-ups. Grazing tables are for bigger occasions, from intimate get-togethers to corporate gatherings. Tables are sized by length, from 1 metre for 20 to 25 people up to 3 metres for 65 to 85. Set-up is included along with props, cutlery, napkins, serving ware and basic foliage. You supply a table or bench; arancini, burrata and sweet treats can be added. Props go back to Southport within three days, or collection and pack-down can be added for a fee.

How many people does a grazing table feed?
Tables are sold by length: 1 metre feeds 20 to 25 people, 1.5 metres 30 to 35, 2 metres 40 to 45, 2.5 metres 50 to 60 and 3 metres 65 to 85.
What is included with a grazing table?
Set-up, props, cutlery, napkins, serving ware and basic foliage are all in the price. You provide a table or bench, and the boards stay with you for the event.
What happens to the boards and props afterwards?
They need to be returned to Southport within three days. Otherwise, a return pick-up can be arranged for an extra $100, and a pack-down service is also available for an added fee.
Can a platter arrive on short notice?
Same-day delivery is available on the large cheese platter for orders placed before 12pm. Platters are freshest on the day, so mention it if you are planning ahead.
Is there something for kids at a family party?
Yes. A kids' party platter can be ordered separately, or chosen as part of the Party Package alongside the large cheese and fruit platters for a mixed-age crowd.
