My Favourite Baker is a family-owned cake business with its kitchen in Arundel, set up so that a party cake can be ordered online and delivered to the door. It suits the host who wants a decorated cake sorted quickly, including when a celebration has crept up without much warning. The range covers decorated cakes, cupcake packs, cake in a can and a plain cake you can finish yourself. There are collections for birthdays, kids, anniversaries, graduations and gender reveals, plus vintage-style custom cakes and oozing cakes with a pour-over sauce. Gluten-free cakes and cupcakes are on the menu too. For something personal, the custom photo cake prints your uploaded image on edible paper around the cake. It comes in a 4 inch size for about four people, a 6 inch for 10–12 and an 8 inch for 22–24, in vanilla or chocolate mud cake with vanilla buttercream. Custom cupcakes work the same way for a smaller treat. Businesses can place corporate orders through a dedicated form, and those orders are delivered. On weekdays, orders placed by 11am can arrive the same day, and Saturday delivery needs an order by 4pm the day before. You can also schedule ahead or collect from Arundel. Some suburbs fall outside the delivery zone, so check your address when you order.

How late can I order a same-day cake?
Same-day delivery runs Monday to Friday for orders placed by 11am. For a Saturday delivery, order by 4pm on the day before. You can also choose a later delivery date in advance.
How does the custom photo cake work?
You upload one image and it is printed on edible paper and placed around the cake. The team prints your picture as supplied and does not sculpt or recreate a design from a photo.
What sizes do the photo cakes come in?
There are three sizes: a 4 inch cake for about four people, a 6 inch for 10–12 and an 8 inch for 22–24. Flavours are vanilla or chocolate mud cake with vanilla buttercream.
Can a business order cakes for the office?
Yes. Corporate cakes and cupcakes have their own collection and order form, and these orders are delivery only. Spooky-themed and logo or image designs are among the corporate options shown.
Do the cakes contain allergens?
The custom photo cake lists soy, gluten, egg, milk and nuts. Gluten-free cakes and cupcakes are sold separately, so choose from that range and check each product description for its allergen list.
