About Vegas Nights Productions
Vegas Nights Productions is a casino entertainment company working out of a warehouse in Minchinbury, in Western Sydney. It brings casino tables and trained croupiers to corporate functions, private parties, fundraisers and bucks or hens nights. Everything is played with fun money: each guest gets a set amount of play money to swap for casino chips, and at the end of the session the chips are counted and prizes go to the top players. There are two main formats. The fun casino covers blackjack, roulette, poker and craps, with specialty tables on request, and suits a mixed crowd because the croupiers explain the rules as they go. Poker tournaments are more structured, with dealers and tournament directors running blinds, eliminations and a final table, and can be a one-off event or a regular after-work league. Vegas Nights also offers horse racing nights and props and styling, including themed entrances, event backdrops, signs, lighting and costumed entertainers. For a smaller game at home, a single eight or ten seat poker table can be collected from Minchinbury with chips and cards, with a dealer available if needed. On the practical side, sessions usually run for two to four hours and the crew sets up 60 to 90 minutes before guests arrive, then packs everything down afterwards. Each table needs about three metres by two metres of floor space, and the company suggests one table for every 20 to 30 guests. Prices are quoted per event.

Is real money involved at a Vegas Nights casino party?
No. All games use fun money only. Guests receive play money to exchange for chips, and prizes can be awarded to the top players when the session ends.
How many casino tables do I need?
Vegas Nights generally recommends one table per 20 to 30 guests. For a private party with a two to three hour gaming period, it suggests about one table per 20 guests.
How much space and setup time is needed?
Each table needs roughly 3m by 2m of space. Setup usually happens 60 to 90 minutes before guests arrive, and the crew packs everything down after the event.
Can I hire a poker table without a dealer?
Yes. DIY hire includes an eight or ten seat poker table of about 2.3m by 1.2m, with chips, cards and basic rules. Collect it from the Minchinbury warehouse on a working day and return it the next business day, or collect Friday and return Monday. A dealer can be added if needed.
How much does it cost and how far ahead should I book?
Pricing is quoted per event based on the number of tables, games and hours. Book as early as you can, as peak dates are often secured several months in advance.
