For a pub-style end of year, the Camperdown Hotel and The Lady Hampshire both sit on Parramatta Road, at numbers 138 and 91.

December options for a Camperdown team:

Awards and a slideshow: three data projectors and screens are built into Bligh AB @ Rydges Camperdown, which seats 80 for dinner or 150 standing, from $2,000 minimum spend
Everyone in the company: 500 can stand in the open air at Courtyard Restaurant & Bar @ HostCo Sydney, from $105 per person
A relaxed team lunch: The Pavilion @ Camperdown Commons seats 80 at long banquet tables, with canapés from $32 per person
Drinks on a fixed budget: the Camperdown Hotel charges nothing for its function room and runs on a bar tab you set
Band, courtyard and two bars: The Lady Hampshire takes work groups of 20 to 250 and quotes on your date and numbers

Camperdown Commons lists Christmas parties among its regular bookings and can add farm workshops or tennis for a team day before the celebration.

HostCo's courtyard has outdoor power for AV and catering, Wi-Fi, a built-in PA and two TVs
The Pavilion's hire includes tables, chairs, handheld microphones and access to a projector
The Lady Hampshire's gig room has a stage for the thank-you speech, or a band later in the night
