Couples start with an enquiry and receive a pricing guide, then meet the team for a consultation in the studio, over the phone, online or through a detailed form. The studio is set on a private property down a quiet lane and is stocked with shelves of vessels and buckets of fresh flowers, so ideas can be worked through in person. An itemised proposal follows, with budget options laid out. The offer runs across six services: micro weddings and bridal party blooms, full-service floral design, an exclusive top-tier service, destination weddings, corporate florals and event florals. The team has dressed ceremonies and receptions at places such as The Old Dairy in Maleny, Noosa Springs, Twin Waters Golf Club and Spicers Clovelly Estate, with hanging installations, long-table arrangements, bud vases and ceremony arrangements on the ground. On the day, the florals are delivered and installed, and the team comes back late that night or the day after to pack down, clear unwanted flowers and bundle the remaining blooms as gifts for guests.
