About Evoke Experiences
Evoke Experiences is a small Noosa Heads business that plans and manages events. Founder Emily Mills and her small team design, plan and deliver events for corporate groups, along with wellness retreats and celebratory events for private clients. The corporate side covers gala dinners, presentation evenings and welcome dinners, long lunches, team bonding events, incentive programs and multi-day corporate retreats. Settings include beachside dinners on Noosa Beach, cruises on the Noosa River, private houses, local farms, country estates and selected venues in the hinterland. The team usually works with 10 to 100 delegates and can scale up to around 300. Clients choose how involved the team becomes. Evoke can build an entire multi-day program, plan just the gala evening, or step in as on-the-ground support during the event itself. Because the planners have long-standing relationships with local suppliers and properties, they handle accommodation, restaurant bookings, offsite dining, transfers, event transport and delegate gifts as part of the job. Retreats are a particular focus. These suit around 10 to 30 executives and mix business sessions with dining, keynote speakers, wellness sessions and regional experiences such as guided national park walks, surfing, mountain biking or horse riding. The team plans and books every element and is on site to host the schedule. The team brings more than 20 years of events, luxury travel and hospitality experience, including major lifestyle events and festivals and in-house corporate events roles.
