About Instaphoto
Instaphoto is a photo booth hire business in Joondalup with more than 500 events behind it, including school formals, expos, weddings and work functions. Its signature booths are built by hand and framed in real timber, pairing a classic look with a professional DSLR camera, so the prints come out at studio quality. For still photos, choose a sleek touchscreen mirror booth in a timber frame or an open-air retro booth with a vintage feel that fits most venues. Both packages include unlimited prints, a selection of props and signs, a print template designed around your theme and a choice of shimmer, greenery or classic drape backdrop. Guests can scan a QR code to grab photos or GIFs on the night, and every image is delivered afterwards on a flash drive or cloud gallery. For something livelier, the 360 booths – InstaSpin and InstaSky – film slow-motion style clips as guests stand on a rotating platform. They come with attendants who run the booth, LED lighting, a custom video overlay, a sharing station and stanchions with ropes to keep the queue tidy. Extras include a guestbook station with a personalised album and a chrome bollard and red rope entrance. A fully digital version of the still booths suits couples who prefer no prints, and extra hours can be added. Set-up and collection come with every booking, with a travel fee for venues outside the standard area.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the mirror and retro booths?
The mirror booth is an interactive touchscreen in a timber frame, while the retro booth has a vintage, open-air design. Both include unlimited prints, props and a custom template.
How do guests get their photos?
Prints come out on the spot, guests can scan a QR code for photos or GIFs where the signal allows, and the full set is supplied on a flash drive or cloud gallery.
What comes with the 360 video booth?
Each 360 package includes attendants on site, unlimited HD videos, props, a customised overlay, LED lights, a sharing station, stanchions and ropes, and delivery, set-up and pack-down.
Can I add more time to a package?
Yes. The three-hour mirror and retro packages can be extended for $95 an hour, and the 360 booths for $150 an hour.
Is there a charge for venues further away?
A travel fee is added for venues outside the standard service radius, which Instaphoto measures from Perth CBD or Joondalup depending on the package.
