About Luxe Teepees Picnics and Props
Luxe Teepees Picnics and Props is a party styling business based in Iluka. It sets up themed teepee slumber parties in clients' homes for kids, teens and adults, and installs balloon garland backdrops for birthdays and other celebrations. There are three sleepover formats. Single teepees come in groups of two to ten, each with a folding foam mattress, protector, fitted sheet, plush blanket, cushions, fairy lights, a lantern tray, a personalised name board and a birthday sign. Double teepees sleep two people each, and the canopy option arranges five to eight beds under one draped frame with rugs, lanterns and bunting. Themes include Boho Blush, Pretty Bows, Beach Coastal, Party in Paris, Stay Groovy, Movie Night and a spa party style. Guests bring their own sleeping pillows. Add-ons include balloon toppers for each teepee, larger garlands for the canopy ends and a deluxe picnic table for dinner and breakfast. For the party space itself, the team installs streamer walls, green walls and round mesh or balloon backdrops with garlands, florals and large foil numbers. The team delivers, sets up and collects the next day. Hosts need to move furniture and rugs out of the area first; each single teepee takes a space of about 1m by 2.3m. Delivery is free within 5km of Iluka, with a fee that rises by distance after that.

Frequently asked questions
What comes with a single teepee slumber party?
Each teepee has a cover, a folding foam mattress with protector, a fitted sheet, a plush blanket, two or three cushions, fairy lights, a lantern, themed accessories and a personalised name board, plus a birthday sign for the group.
How much floor space do the teepees need?
Each single teepee, including its tray, takes up about 1m by 2.3m. Measure the room first and move furniture and rugs out of the way before the team arrives.
Do guests need to bring anything?
Yes – sleeping pillows and pillowcases are not supplied, so each guest should bring their own. Everything else for the beds is included in the set-up.
Can I set the teepees up myself?
No. Luxe Teepees Picnics and Props does not offer a DIY option; the team sets everything up in your home and returns the following day to pack it away.
Is delivery included?
Delivery is free within 5km of Iluka. Beyond that a fee applies by distance band, starting at $30 for 5 to 10km and rising to $140 for 50 to 55km.

I used Luxe teepees picnics and props to hire teepees for our daughter's 8th birthday party. The quality of the teepees was excellent. Seana was so easy to deal with and very helpful. Would recommend.
