About Luxe Bus
Luxe Bus is a Perth private charter company built around a single party bus. The bus carries up to 43 passengers and has been fitted out with plush lounge seating and a sound system tuned to feel like a club, so the trip becomes part of the night rather than just the way to get there. Groups book it for weddings, birthdays, school balls, hens and bucks nights, pub crawls, corporate events and general transfers. The team will also help organise the venues if you want a hand with the plan, which suits pub crawls and multi-stop nights out. Daytime work includes Swan Valley tours to wineries and breweries. The site sets out two sample days, each with four stops: one starts at 11am and wraps up at 4:30pm, the other runs from 11:30am to 4:45pm. Alcohol cannot be consumed on the bus at any time, and the operator can check bags for it. Smoking and vaping are also off limits. Passengers are encouraged to stay seated with seatbelts on while moving, and anyone who stands or dances does so at their own risk. A first aid kit is carried, and the bus has CCTV and GPS tracking. To book, fill in the enquiry form with the event type, date, guest numbers, pick-up and final drop-off addresses and times, and every stop in between. A quote comes back, and the booking is confirmed once the deposit is paid.

A deposit within 24 hours of accepting the quote confirms the booking, and the balance is due five days out. A bond may apply and is lost for vomit, damage or drinking on board, and no alcohol, smoking or vaping is allowed.

How many passengers fit on the Luxe Bus?
The bus seats up to 43 passengers, so a full wedding party, a large birthday group or a whole year group of school ball friends can travel together in one vehicle.
Can we bring drinks on board?
No. Alcohol is not allowed on the bus under liquor rules, and bags can be checked. Water is fine, and the venues you stop at can serve drinks instead.

What does a Swan Valley day look like?

How do the deposit and payments work?
A $50 deposit is due within 24 hours of accepting the quote, and the balance is paid five days before the trip. Cancelling seven days or less before the date forfeits the deposit.
