About Prison Island Perth
Prison Island Perth is a team action game on Milligan Street in the Perth CBD. The game area holds 35 cells, and each one hides a different challenge, from whack-a-mole and a basketball shootout to puzzles, laser-style obstacles and tests of nerve. Groups play in teams of two to five, and anyone in a bigger party is split across several teams. Teams wander the floor in any order, choosing cells and retrying the hard ones while one overall timer ticks down. Some cells have up to three difficulty levels, and points from each success feed live rankings on large screens around the venue. Visits run for 60 to 120 minutes of play, and group packages are built around a 90 minute session. The venue runs dedicated options for birthdays, hens and bucks parties, team building and large groups, with a request form for parties of 20 or more. A reception area with a bar and seating gives everyone somewhere to regroup between rounds, and food and drinks are sold on site, so the party can linger once the scores are in.

Frequently asked questions
How big can our group be at Prison Island Perth?
The venue can run 29 teams of two to five players at the same time. Groups larger than five are split into several teams, and parties of 20 or more are handled through a separate group booking request.
What is the minimum age to play?
Players must be at least seven years old, and younger children cannot come in to watch either. A team without an adult must have every member aged 14 or over.
How long does a visit take?
Bookings cover 60 to 120 minutes of play, not counting arrival, and the birthday, hens, bucks and team building packages are based on about 90 minutes. Guests are asked to arrive 20 minutes early for the briefing, as late entry is not allowed.
What should we wear?
Comfortable clothes and sneakers suit the light physical activity in the cells, and high heels are not permitted. The game area is indoors but has no air conditioning, so dress lightly on hot days.
Can we eat and drink there?
Food and drinks can be bought on site, including vegan and gluten-free options, and there is a bar in the reception area with plenty of seating. Lockers are provided for bags and jackets.

Absolutely awesome! Had so much fun with my older teens. Not just your typical “solve the clues”. Options for agility and strength if you want the extra challenges! Recommend!!

Very fun. Need to be somewhat fit for some of the cells. Hour and half of trying to figure out the cells, trying to complete tasks and lots of laughter at oursrlves.. kid friendly. Better with more than 3 people.
