About Cameo Rascale
Cameo Rascale is a Perth circus act run by husband and wife James and Rebecca Capener, who have more than 10 years of experience performing together. They work at corporate events, private functions, festivals, schools and theatres, and they produced the family circus variety show Cirque Nouvelle. Their main act is an acrobatic juggling show that mixes juggling, acrobatics, adagio partner lifts, dance, LED effects, unicycling, rola bola and comedy. It works as a floor show and can be cut to suit the program, from a 5-minute spot up to 45 minutes. For roving entertainment the pair bring stilt walkers, unicycles and jumping stilts in costumes matched to a theme, plus a sway pole act with performers swaying above the crowd. Sway pole angels with lit wings have framed the main stage at a City of Cockburn Christmas event at Coogee Beach Reserve, and dark circus rovers greeted New Year’s Eve guests in the Crown Perth lobby. Cameo Rascale also run circus workshops for groups aged 4 and up, lasting 45 minutes to an hour. Participants learn the basics of juggling with balls, rings or clubs, diabolo, poi, stilt walking, juggling sticks, ring manipulation or partner lifting, or pick up to four skills in one session. Workshops suit school groups, team building days, parties and private functions.

Saw them last night on Regent Cruise. They also performed earlier in our voyage. By far the best act we’ve ever seen and we have traveled over a dozen Regent Cruises and other lines. True talent in these two entertainers…
