About Champion Music
Champion Music is a Perth booking agency for live musicians. Rather than one band, it represents a roster of performers – acoustic soloists, duos, trios, roving players, multi-instrumentalists and full cover bands – and places them at private functions, engagement parties, wedding ceremonies and receptions, and corporate events. The roster spans a wide range of styles. The agency's artist search sorts acts into groups such as acoustic, blues and roots, country, cover bands, jazz, funk and Latin, R&B and soul, classical, tribute and floor shows, and specialty acts. You can filter by style and by event type, then add the acts you like to a shortlist to compare them. Acts on the books include acoustic soloist Trent Williams, multi-instrumentalist James Wilson, acoustic duo Trouvaille, cover band Atomic and acoustic performers Monty Cotton, Emily Joy and Alexander Nicole. Many of the same musicians play regular gigs at Perth pubs, small bars and breweries, so the agency knows how each one handles a live room. The team sees music as central to how an event feels, and works to source an act that fits both the occasion and the budget. If you are unsure where to start, it offers a free, no-obligation brainstorm to talk through the style of music, the size of the act and the mood you want, before suggesting performers from the roster.
