About The Knave

The Knave is the stage name of Logan Jeffs, a Melbourne DJ and MC who plays weddings, milestone birthdays, engagement and anniversary parties, and corporate functions. He can run a fully digital set or bring crates of records for a vinyl set, and his music runs from 50s rock and roll and 60s soul through 70s funk and disco to 80s and 90s hits, hip hop, R&B, house, indie and Latin grooves. Alongside private bookings he hosts a weekly music radio show, has played club nights around Melbourne and spins warm-up sets on large outdoor concert tours. He is the resident DJ at a wedding chapel in the city, and he leads a 14-piece Elvis big band – he can even appear as Elvis for a themed party. His mobile DJ packages include the PA system and everything needed to run the night, with options for MC duties, dance floor lighting, wireless microphones and smoke machines. Every booking starts with a consultation about the music brief, and he can help line up extra acts such as saxophonists, acoustic duos, jazz bands, photo booths and photographers.
