About Salt Air Cinema
Salt Air Cinema is a Gold Coast video and photography studio with two distinct lines of work for events: wedding films, and fast coverage for corporate and sporting events. For weddings, the pitch is simple. Couples ask for something a little unlike the usual wedding video, and creative lead Ryan shapes the film around that request. Planning stays casual and flexible, and the studio has filmed surprise and non-traditional ceremonies. The corporate side is aimed at people running conferences, festivals, trade shows and tournaments. Under its Event Engine system, one coordinated multi-camera shoot is planned around a floor map, run sheet and list of sponsor moments. Reels are cut on the day and posted to your channels while guests are still in the room, and the same shoot produces scripted ticket-sales ads you can run for the following event. Event packages come at fixed prices, so there is no custom quoting. They step up from a two-videographer shoot with reels, photos and one ad, through a full-day package with an on-site editor, to a large crew for trade shows and festivals. Photography packs, a producer and a half-day live stream can be added. Sponsors and exhibitors at a covered event can also order branded reels of their own stand. The studio backs its same-day delivery with a written promise: if the social pack is not live before doors close, that pack is free. What do the corporate event packages include?
The entry package has two videographers, four to six same-day reels, 50 photos, one scripted ticket-sales ad, social posting and over 200 graded b-roll clips for $3,500.
How quickly does event footage appear online?
Reels are edited and posted on the day, with a dedicated on-site editor on larger packages. If the same-day pack is not live before doors close, that pack is free.
Can you add photography or a live stream to an event shoot?
Yes. A half-day photography pack is $800, a full-day pack is $1,200 and a half-day multi-camera live stream for keynotes or lectures is $2,000.
Which events does Salt Air Cinema cover besides weddings?
Trade shows, tournaments, festivals and conferences are all on its list, along with corporate and sporting events. Exhibitors at a covered event can order branded reels as well.
