Bucks Party Venues on the Southern Gold Coast

How Bucks Party Venues Actually Work

The southern bucks choice is really Burleigh Heads against Tugun. Burleigh Heads has two venues with a built-in plan, while Tugun is a neighbourhood pub that gives a group space and food and leaves the rest open.

Weighing up these two suburbs for the crew:

Activity: a game sits at the centre of Burleigh Bunker in Burleigh Heads.
Late night: Naami in Burleigh Heads has DJs from 9pm, with a laneway and beer garden.
A long feed: Tugun Tavern in Tugun has a Restaurant for up to 100.
Budget: Tugun Tavern's canapés start from $35 per person, against $4,000 minimum spend for Naami's selected nights.
Control over costs: BYO drinks are an option at Burleigh Bunker, which quotes per event.

A Burleigh Bunker session lasts at least three hours, so a Burleigh plan could treat golf as the first half of a night.
Naami's Evergreen Space suits 10 to 24 if a whole-bar booking is too much.
Burleigh Bunker is on Dover Drive and Naami on James Street, so plan how the group moves between them.
Tugun is the simpler day if the group would rather stay in one pub.

Numbers to have ready for a southern bucks

Exclusive hire at Naami tops out at 100, the highest stated figure here.
Tugun Tavern's Beer Garden holds up to 50, and its private bookings start around 20.
Burleigh Bunker has four simulator bays, so ask how many players each one should take.
Tugun Tavern locks numbers two weeks out, which is a useful deadline for the whole crew.
