About BFF Sleepover
BFF Sleepover is a locally owned Gold Coast business that turns a child's birthday into a themed sleepover at home. Instead of squeezing mattresses onto the floor, families get a row of handcrafted timber teepees, styled from top to toe and ready for the guests to arrive. Each set-up includes a tall teepee for every child, a thick 10 cm single mattress with a protector and sheets, a soft blanket, a bed tray and a bedside lantern. Fur rugs, themed cushions, fairy lights and a light box for a birthday message finish the room, and sleep masks are included as party favours. Guests only need to bring their own sleeping pillow. There are plenty of looks to choose from. Galactic Legends is all deep blue and black, Queen of Hearts brings red hearts and rose garlands, and Moonlight Meadow is a soft lilac scene with butterflies. Other options include One Night in Paris, Sweet Boho Dreams and Rose and Gold Glamour. The team delivers on the morning of your party, takes care of the styling, and comes back the following morning to pack everything up. Set-up takes about one and a half to two hours. A row of five teepees needs roughly 4.5m x 2m of floor space, and parties are held in houses rather than apartments.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a teepee party cost?
The minimum booking is four teepees for $380, and extra teepees are $70 each, up to eight. A $100 deposit holds your date, with the balance paid by bank transfer before the party or in cash on the day of set-up.
What is included in the hire?
You get a teepee, 10 cm mattress, protector and sheets, blanket, themed cushions, bed tray and lantern for each guest. Rugs, fairy lights, a message light box and sleep masks complete the set-up. Children bring their own sleeping pillows.
When is it delivered and collected?
Delivery generally happens between 9am and 10am on the day of your booking, and collection is between 9am and 10am the next morning. If another time suits your family better, ask when you make your enquiry.
How much space do we need?
Each teepee needs about 2m long by 90cm wide. Five in a row take up about 4.5m x 2m, plus a little extra for the trays. Parties can only be set up in houses, as apartments are too hard to access with the equipment.
Which suburbs get free delivery?
Free delivery covers suburbs including Runaway Bay, Southport, Labrador, Helensvale, Coomera, Nerang, Ashmore, Benowa and Bundall. A $65 fee applies to other Gold Coast addresses, and difficult access or stairs can add a small charge.
