Christmas Party Venues in Palm Beach

What to Know Before Booking Christmas Party Venues

Palm Beach offers two contrasting Christmas parties. The Collective Palm Beach caters from four kitchens across four function spaces, while Pacific Beach Function Centre gives a team a private beachfront room to run its own way.

What each Palm Beach venue brings to the work Christmas:

The Collective Palm Beach: canapé packages from $36 per person, with rooftop, courtyard, garden and margarita bar spaces.
Its Courtyard takes 250 standing or 100 seated, with a raised platform for a band or DJ.
Pacific Beach Function Centre: from $3,500 room hire, the beachfront room is yours alone for up to 160 cocktail guests.
The function centre lets you bring in your own food, with guests buying drinks as they go.
Its covered balcony looks over the ocean, a good spot for end-of-year speeches.

A seated lunch for up to 100: the Courtyard at The Collective.
A stand-up party of 160: Pacific Beach Function Centre on exclusive hire.
A big company night: The Collective takes up to 400 across the venue.
A small team: Casa Patrón or the Garden at The Collective, each for about 40 to 60.

Running the Christmas budget

Catered: The Collective quotes food and drinks together, and minimum spends apply.
Self-run: at Pacific Beach Function Centre you pay room hire and arrange the food yourself.
Drinks: weigh a package at The Collective against pay-as-you-go at the function centre.
Presentations: Pacific Beach Function Centre has a microphone, sound system and screen.
