Its main point of difference is practical: the team sets up a complete kitchen wherever you need it, running on gas with no power required, so a grassy paddock can work as well as a function room. Menus are flexible by design. Choose canapes for a cocktail-style event, a standing menu of small meals served in bowls and boats, a dressed buffet, share platters, grazing tables or plated sit-down dining. Dishes include crispy pork belly with guava, slow-cooked lamb shoulder, Thai fish cakes, chicken satay and vegetarian curry, and everything is cooked from scratch with no microwaves or convenience food. Cutlery and crockery come with the catering, and the team can prepare separate meals for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free guests whichever menu you choose. Wait staff and an event chef can be added for the duration of your function, and a cheese wheel cake is available for weddings. The minimum is 40 guests, with no upper limit. Couples can book a tasting once a deposit has been paid, and clients can meet the chef in person to talk about menu choices and budget.
