About Whitehaven

Whitehaven is a 55 foot cruiser designed to host up to 70 guests in comfort and style on Sydney Harbour. Inside, guests will find a generous indoor cabin complete with its own dancefloor, perfect for celebrations that need room to move. The 16 speaker sound system with 4 zone Bluetooth connectivity lets you set the mood in different areas of the boat, while the all-weather rear awning, with its interchangeable sunshade and waterproof covers, means your guests stay comfortable on the back deck no matter what the weather does. The onboard kitchen is fully equipped, and a gas BBQ is available for those who want to cook up something fresh while cruising. Two large eskies stocked with ice keep drinks cold, and two onboard toilets add convenience for larger groups. There's a swim ladder for anyone keen to take a dip, and water toys including a floating mat, kayak and paddle board are available on request for guests who want to make the most of the harbour. Whitehaven suits everything from milestone birthdays and hens or bucks celebrations to corporate functions and family gatherings, offering the space and facilities to keep a crowd entertained for hours.

Pricing

Charters on Whitehaven start from $650 per hour, with a minimum booking of 3 hours (public holidays may differ). Pre-loading and decorating services are not available on this vessel, so it's worth keeping this in mind when planning your event setup.

Food

Whitehaven offers plenty of flexibility when it comes to food. You can choose from a banquet or buffet menu, a canape and platter selection, or a dedicated BBQ menu cooked on the onboard gas BBQ. BYO food is also welcome, and plates and cutlery are provided for anyone bringing their own catering, making it easy to organise a spread that suits your group.

Beverages

Drinks are flexible too, with a beverage package available or the option to BYO alcohol. Cups and ice are provided for BYO drinks, and the two large onboard eskies keep everything cold throughout your charter.

Wharfs & Availability

Whitehaven is available for charter every day of the week, with a minimum cruise length of 3 hours (except on public holidays, where different rules may apply). It's best to enquire directly for real-time availability on the calendar.

Pickup and drop-off can be arranged from a wide range of wharves around Sydney Harbour, including Cockle Bay Marina, King St Wharf, Pier 26 at Cockle Bay, Towns Place East, Walsh Bay, Casino Wharf, Campbells Cove and Commissioners Step in The Rocks, the Eastern Pontoon and Harbour Masters Steps at Circular Quay, Ives Steps at Dawes Point, Man O War at Farm Cove, Woolloomooloo Bay Wharf (accessible via ladder only), Double Bay Wharf, Rose Bay Ferry Wharf, Pirrama Park in Pyrmont, Neutral Bay, Mosman Bay and Woolwich Wharf. An additional $250 fee applies for pickups at Manly, Balmoral, Watsons Bay and The Spit, and all wharves are subject to availability.
