Your dashboard at a glance
Everything about your Party Hero listing is managed from your supplier dashboard. Log in at partyhero.com.au/login and you'll land on it. The menu down the side takes you to each area:
- Listings – your listings, and where you add, edit and promote them
- Claim a Listing – take over a listing we've already built for your business
- Analytics – views, enquiries and clicks for each listing
- HeroEngine™ Smart Tools – AI tools for your content, quotes, marketing and SEO
- Supplier Community – Callouts from other suppliers who need an extra hand
- Enquiries – every enquiry clients send you, and where you reply
- Profile – your account and business details
- Subscription – your plan, and where you upgrade or change it
- Help – guides, and a form to contact our support team
Listings: build and keep your listing up to date
Click Add a Listing to start a new one, or Edit Listing on an existing one. Each listing is split into tabs, so you can work through it a section at a time:
- Details – your business name, categories, location, pricing and description
- Contact & Links – your website, phone number and social profiles
- More Info – the extra details clients filter by, like capacity, facilities or style
- Photos – your gallery (the first photo is your cover image)
- Meet the Team – the people behind the business
- Videos – YouTube or Vimeo links (paid plans)
- FAQ – answers to the questions clients ask you most
Every new listing is checked by our team before it goes live. Once it's live, two more buttons appear on it:
- Special Offer – write an offer and set an expiry date. Once we've approved it, it shows on your listing and puts a Special Offer badge on your card.
- Get Featured – request one of the limited Featured spots shown first on a category page, or join the waiting list if a page is full.

Enquiries: reply fast and track your bookings
When a client enquires, it lands in Enquiries and we email you straight away. Each enquiry shows the client's event date, occasion, guest numbers and budget. From there you can:
- Reply – write your own reply, or use AI Email Reply to draft one in your own brand voice, then edit it before you send
- Mark it as Quoted, Booked or Declined – so you can see at a glance which leads are still open

Analytics: see what your listing is doing for you
Analytics shows how each of your listings is performing, so you know what your Party Hero listing is worth to your business.
- Views – how many people looked at your listing, measured with Google Analytics. It only counts real visitors, not search engine bots.
- Enquiries (via Party Hero messaging) – enquiries clients sent through your listing's enquiry form.
- Website clicks – how many people clicked through from your listing to your website.
- Phone clicks – how many people tapped your phone number to call you.
- Social clicks – how many people clicked through to your Instagram, Facebook or other socials.
- Views by month – whether your views are growing over time.
- How people found you – where your visitors came from: Google search, AI assistants like ChatGPT, social media, other websites, or a direct visit.
You'll see totals across all your listings at the top, then the same figures for each listing below. If you have several listings, sort them by views or enquiries.
Why the clicks matter
Enquiries are only part of the picture. Plenty of clients find you on Party Hero, then call you or contact you through your own website instead of using our form. Website, phone and social clicks show you that business too.
Your website, phone number and social links show on your listing on a paid subscription. On the Free plan they're hidden, so your click counts stay at zero. Website and social clicks go back to when your listing went live; phone clicks are counted from 5 November 2026.
Using your numbers
- Lots of views but few enquiries or clicks? Your listing is being found, but it isn't convincing people. Try stronger photos, a clearer description or a sharper headline price.
- Few views? Make sure your listing is in every category and occasion that fits your business, and that your description says what clients search for. See How AI Enquiry Matching Actually Ranks You and SEO & AI Citations.
- Clicks but no enquiries? Clients are contacting you directly. Make sure your website and phone are ready for them.
HeroEngine™ Smart Tools
HeroEngine™ Smart Tools are AI tools built for party and event suppliers:
- Content Writer – writes your listing description from your website or a few notes
- Quote Generator – set your pricing rules once, then turn any enquiry into a quote draft in seconds
- Marketing Assistant – drafts marketing content for your listing, ready to copy into your own channels
- SEO Snapshot – shows how your own website ranks on Google, the keywords it ranks for and whether AI mentions you

Supplier Community
Need an extra photographer, a second DJ or another pair of hands? Post a Callout to other suppliers in your city. Anyone can browse Callouts. On a paid plan you're notified when a matching one goes up, and you can reply with your own offer. Party Hero isn't involved in the booking, so there's no commission either way.

- Profile – your business details, contact phone and account settings
- Subscription – see your current plan, start a free trial of Pro or Multi-Listing, or change your plan. Paid plans show your website, phone and socials on your listing, unlock every Smart Tool and give you priority placement. See List Your Business for prices by category.
