Perry's Sunshine Coast Event Hire is a locally owned hire company that has been supplying marquees and party equipment for weddings, parties and events for around 40 years. It delivers its gear right across the Sunshine Coast, from Noosa down to Caloundra and inland to the hinterland. Marquees are the core of the business. They come in several styles and sizes, with clear roofs, white roofs or a mix of the two, and there is also a translucent sail-cloth marquee that glows when it is lit at night. Festoon and string lighting is available to dress the structure. Weddings make up a large share of the work. The team puts together wedding hire packages and offers free advice along the way, which helps couples decide on marquee size, layout, furniture and lighting without committing first. For parties at home or at a venue, the range takes in tables and chairs, glassware, cutlery and crockery, catering equipment and lighting, so a birthday or a work function can be fitted out from one order. Quotes assume delivery to street level within about 25 metres of where the truck can park; anything further may cost extra. Hire fees are paid before delivery, a security deposit may apply, and gear goes back packed into its crates, clean and dry. Send an enquiry to book.

What happens if we need to cancel?
Cancelling in writing at least four weeks out gets a refund of hire fees less a $50 administration fee. Closer to the date, 50% to 100% of the hire fee is kept, depending on notice.
