About The Boathouse Tavern
The Boathouse Tavern is a relaxed hotel on Dreamworld Parkway in Coomera, on the northern Gold Coast. It trades every day with dining, bars, gaming and a bottleshop, and it runs a functions service alongside them. The team takes events from 10 people through to 150. Its function list covers birthdays, engagements, hens parties, Christmas parties and corporate events, and it also hosts wakes. The outdoor side of the venue is the main draw. Timber decks run beside shallow water channels and a waterfall feature, with fire torches, cabana huts and a large covered section strung with festoon lights. Waterfire Bar & Restaurant is the dining room, serving modern Australian dishes made with local produce, along with wood-fired pizza, grills and parmys. Live entertainment plays there on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. The Boat Bar is the casual side, with beers on tap, a pool table, TAB and keno, and big screens for major sport. As the name suggests, a boat sits in the middle of the room. The site doesn't publish function packages or room names, so the team will suggest an area and menu once they know your numbers.
