About Pacific Pines Tavern

Pacific Pines Tavern is on Hotham Drive and looks across Central Park in the northern part of the Gold Coast. It is a neighbourhood pub with a large deck, a spacious bistro and a sports bar. Three areas are used for functions. The FinishLine Bar is the party option, taking 50 to 150 guests and handed over for exclusive use from 7pm, with room to dance away from the rest of the pub. The bar comes with two pool tables, a stage, lighting and a 150 inch projector. It suits birthdays, engagement parties, sporting events and themed nights, and it is strictly 18 and over. The Verandah is the casual choice for a cocktail party or a get-together in the open air, served by dry bars. The Bistro takes 40 to 100 guests for seated meals and suits a quieter gathering. There is no room hire charge, though a deposit is taken at booking and the balance is settled a week before the function. Set menus are tailored from $30 to $70 per person, and platters feeding around eight to ten people start at $80. The team can help with DJs, jukeboxes, karaoke machines and decorations, or you can arrange small bands and DJs after speaking with the functions manager. Food and drinks must come from the tavern, and larger parties may need paid security.
