About Sirmixalot
Sirmixalot is a Gold Coast mobile bar business whose cocktail masterclass travels to the group. There is no studio to visit, as the team sets up in a home, an office or wherever you are staying. Alcohol, ice, glassware, ingredients, setup and pack down are all handled for you. The class starts with the basics: how to shake, stir and pour, what each ingredient does, and how to balance flavours. Presentation and garnishes come next. Guests then design and mix a signature cocktail of their own, and a set of interactive challenges keeps the details a surprise until the night. Group size shapes the format. Twelve people or fewer can make four or five cocktails each, groups of 13 to 24 make three or four, and groups of 25 to 50 make two or three. Anything bigger is quoted separately, and an optional welcome cocktail can be added on arrival. The menu runs to more than 40 recipes, from classics to house signatures, and the team will work with special requests. Mixers lean on house-made purees and syrups with cold-pressed citrus juice. Companies can book the class as a team building exercise. It always finishes with a challenge that calls for communication, teamwork and some healthy competition. Other celebrations suit it too, including birthdays, engagement parties and hens or bucks gatherings. Where does a Sirmixalot cocktail class take place?
The class is fully mobile, so it happens wherever your group is. The team sets up in a home, an office or your accommodation and takes everything away afterwards.
How much does a Sirmixalot masterclass cost?
Prices run from $70 per person for 25 to 50 people making two cocktails each, up to $150 per person for 12 or fewer making five each. A setup fee of $100 to $200 applies, with a call-out fee confirmed in your quote.
How many cocktails does each guest make?
It depends on group size and the option you choose. Small groups can make up to five each, groups of 13 to 24 make three or four, and groups of 25 to 50 make two or three.
Is the alcohol included?
Yes. Alcohol, ice, glassware and ingredients are all supplied for the class, along with setup and pack down, so you only need to provide the space and the guests.
Can we keep drinking after the class ends?
Yes. Private bartending and a mobile bar can be added before or after the class, serving the same menu or other cocktails from the list. Send an enquiry to include it in your quote.
