About The Palms Agency
The Palms Agency is a Gold Coast-based photography team that works only on events. Most of its jobs are conferences, gala dinners, trade shows and brand activations, and the same crew and delivery process is offered for private birthdays and engagement parties. Speed is the point of difference. You receive a curated set of highlight images on the day, ready for social media or guests to share, and the full edited gallery arrives by secure online link within 24 hours. Corporate clients can also add facial recognition, so delegates scan a QR code and get their own photos without searching through the whole gallery. Every booking starts with a planning conversation. A project manager goes through the run sheet, venue and must-have shots with you, then remains your one contact through to delivery. At a birthday the photographer covers arrivals, speeches, the cake, dancing, styling and guests mingling. At an engagement party the list adds couple portraits, ring details, family moments and toasts. Optional extras include family portraits, group shots and a second photographer for larger crowds. The team works across the Gold Coast, including the convention centre and resorts at Broadbeach, activations in Surfers Paradise and beachfront celebrations at Burleigh. Corporate events are its specialty, but it has dedicated offers for birthday parties, from 18ths and 21sts through to 30ths, 40ths and 50ths, and for engagement parties.

Can guests at a conference get their own photos quickly?
Yes. A facial recognition option is available for corporate events, where delegates scan a QR code and receive a personal gallery of their images straight away.
