About Botanical Photo Booths
Botanical Photo Booths hires out open-air photo booths for weddings, private parties and brand events on the Gold Coast. The open style means nobody is squeezed behind a curtain, and groups can pile in together. The team's own record is about 16 people in a single shot. There are three booths to pick from, starting with the classic booth. It is handcrafted from timber, runs from a touchscreen and uses studio lighting, with unlimited prints and a custom photo strip design. The GIF booth takes stills, GIFs and Boomerangs that guests send to their phones by SMS or email, with printing as an option. The 3D booth has a sliding camera that shoots from several angles and combines them into one Boomerang, and its small footprint suits tighter spaces. Every package comes with an attendant who sets up and stays for the hire, unlimited sessions, props, an online gallery and a choice from the standard backdrop range. Luxe and premium backdrops cost extra, including floral designs, a green hedge wall and flower walls. You can also ask about a custom backdrop, neon signs, acrylic signs, guest books, name plaques or a photographer to work the room. For conferences, product launches, store openings and marketing events, the overlays, printouts, backdrops and props can all be branded, and guest data and analytics can be supplied after the event. How many people fit in a Botanical Photo Booths booth?
The open style has no walls to limit a group, so small and large groups both work. The team's record so far is about 16 people in one shot.
How long should we hire the booth for?
The minimum hire is 3 hours. For weddings and bigger events the team suggests 4 to 5 hours so every guest gets a good turn, and extra time can be arranged on the night if no other booking clashes.
What is the difference between the three booths?
The classic booth prints photos instantly with unlimited prints. The GIF booth makes stills, GIFs and Boomerangs sent by SMS or email, with printing as an add-on. The 3D booth moves its camera to create a Boomerang with a 3D effect.
Does an attendant stay with the booth?
Yes. An attendant sets everything up, stays for the length of the hire, shows guests how the booth works and keeps things running. Delivery, installation and pack-down happen outside your hire time.
What deposit is needed to secure a date?
A 20% deposit secures the booking, and the balance is due two weeks before your event. Send an enquiry with your date to check availability and get a quote.
