About Signature Event Hire
Signature Event Hire is a family-owned Gold Coast business built around photo and video booths, with a broad range of event styling to go with them. You can book a mirror booth or a 360 video booth, then add the pieces that set the scene around it. The booths are the main draw. Guests can choose from different print layouts, full-size prints or GIFs, and props can be swapped through the night to suit a theme. An attendant stays with the booth during the hire, and the team recommends a longer booking for events with dinner or speeches, so nobody misses out while the room is seated. Photos go into an online gallery afterwards. The styling range covers backdrops of about 2.4 metres square, including a creamy feather wall, a pink weeping willow, a fairy light curtain and several floral and greenery walls. There are also hexagon and double triangle arbours, faux florals, neon signs, light-up letters, pedestals, bar tables and Americana chairs. The Arundel showroom is open by arrangement, so send an enquiry first and see the pieces in person. Arbours can be collected free of charge, and backdrops include delivery and set-up within 60 kilometres of the showroom.

How much room does a booth need?

Should we book three hours or five?
For events with a sit-down meal or speeches the team suggests five hours, because the booth sits quiet during those parts and guests still get time to come back for more.
How do we get the photos afterwards?
Images sit in an online gallery for a month once the event is over, and a download link reaches you on the night or within two business days.
Can we hire backdrops or arbours without a booth?
Yes. Backdrops and arbours are available on their own. Arbours are $175, backdrops run from $325 to $395, and a booth package may already include a backdrop.
