Day of Coordination suits couples who have organised everything themselves: about a month out, the team takes over logistics, builds a detailed runsheet, liaises with the venue and vendors, then manages suppliers and the timeline on the day, including manageable DIY styling set-up. Essential Planning covers the early, high-impact decisions in two planning meetings. The team researches venues, checks availability and places tentative holds, curates vendors to suit the budget, and delivers a styling direction with ceremony and reception mock-ups, plus one revision round and a guided timeline. Design and Coordination is for couples with the main bookings already secured. It starts with a brainstorm session, then moves through floorplans, moodboards and mock-ups before switching to full coordination of the day. Full Scale Planning covers everything from concept and supplier sourcing to logistics and on-the-day management. A small hire range adds white bentwood chairs, U-shaped vases, candle holders, floating candle vases, cheesecloth runners and ceiling drapes.
