About GCPolefit
GCPolefit is a pole and embodied dance studio on the main street of Coolangatta. Its regular timetable covers pole, twerk, lap dance, belly dance, flexibility and workshops, taught by a team that welcomes complete beginners. For celebrations, the studio runs hens and pole parties as private classes. The instructor shapes the session around the group, so it can stay light and playful or lean as cheeky as the bride's friends like. Each party comes with nibbles, a complimentary drink and a performance from the studio. It gives guests a look at what the skill can become. Nobody needs fitness, flexibility or dance experience to begin, and the poles switch between spin and static so the class can suit first-timers. Activewear and shorts work well, because skin helps with grip and most leggings do not. The location makes it easy to build a bigger day. Coolangatta's bathhouse, restaurants, bars and clubs are all around the studio, so a group can pamper beforehand or head out for dinner afterwards.
