About Dreamweavers
Dreamweavers is an event production and management company working from Leda Drive in Burleigh Heads. The team of 24 creators and producers describes itself as full service: it can plan a corporate event from the first idea, design the look of the room, run the technical production and manage the night itself. The company keeps its own stock of staging, theming and audiovisual props, so set design and lighting are handled in-house instead of being farmed out. Its services cover professional conference organising, event production management, technical production, décor and theming, presenter support, entertainment booking, one-off special projects and a green screen studio. Clients can book the whole suite or choose a few pieces and keep their existing suppliers. Past work shown on the site includes a national system convention for a fast-food brand, a business summit, a 20th anniversary gala dinner for a home builder, a company's 90th year celebration and the opening of The Langham Gold Coast. Photos show ballrooms dressed with chandeliers and floral centrepieces, lit stages, gym-floor product events and fireworks over a racecourse marquee. Every client is given a single project manager who stays on the job from planning to bump-out, and the team says it works to agreed targets, schedules and budgets. Founder John Harris leads a group that includes a general manager, a director of events and technical directors. Send an enquiry with the event type, guest numbers and date to start a quote.

How We Work
Frequently asked questions
What kinds of events does Dreamweavers produce?
The focus is corporate work: conferences and conventions, gala and recognition dinners, product launches, company milestone celebrations and venue openings, from planning through to technical production.
Can I book only part of the service?
Yes. Dreamweavers offers its full set of services or just a few of them, such as theming and staging or technical production, and will work alongside suppliers you have already booked.
Does Dreamweavers supply its own staging and AV?
It does. The company owns staging, theming and audiovisual props, and its technical directors run lighting, sound and presentation services on the day.
Who will look after my event?
Each client is assigned one dedicated project manager who stays with the event from the early planning meetings through to the night itself, rather than handing it between staff.
How much does Dreamweavers charge?
No prices are published. Each event is quoted on its scope, guest numbers, venue and the production elements required, so send an enquiry with those details to get a proposal.
