Architects of Vibe is an event production and experiential agency working with companies, councils and event organisers. It handles corporate events and conferences, gala and recognition nights, brand activations, festivals and live productions, bringing the creative concept, the production expertise and the crew to deliver them. For gala and recognition nights the agency designs the room as well as the running order: photos on the site show ballrooms washed in coloured light, long banquet tables with greenery and glowing cubes, mirror-ball ceilings and stage screens. Multi-day conferences are managed from start to finish, and its theming has been used for a client's annual conference dinner as well as stage sets across plenary and breakout rooms. Its experiential portfolio includes giant inflatable sports balls for a networking party, a Kidchella arch on the beach, oversized cowboy boots and sugar-skull figures, a mini-golf activation inside an exhibition hall and a pool-party set with a flamingo float. The team has also built visual theming for City of Gold Coast celebrations such as Seafire, Sundown, Christmas Carols and Lunar New Year, and for Gold Coast SUNS events and match days. The team, led by Dylan, also acts as a professional conference organiser for corporate clients who want to hand over the logistics.
