What to Know Before Booking Mini Golf

Parkwood is the Broadwater's mini golf suburb, thanks to Boulders & Badlands Mini Golf at Parkwood Village. Being in a golf and dining precinct is the draw, because a group can add a meal, a simulator or an event room without moving on. Rounds are from $20 per person.

Who gets the most from a trip to Parkwood Village:

Parents planning a party for ages 5 and up, with a host and meal included in the package.
Work groups wanting a low-skill activity next to lunch or drinks.
Friends after a casual walk-in round, since no booking is taken for everyday play.
Golfers in the family, with Full Swing simulator suites as part of a longer kids' package.
End-of-year teams of 20 or more, with Santa's Putt Putt as an add-on.

Bistro spaces and in-house catering sit on the same site, so food planning stays simple.
A licensed bar lets adults carry a drink around the course in a plastic cup.
Event rooms give a work group a place for a talk before or after the game.
One events team handles organised groups, so you only deal with one contact.

Is an outdoor course right for your Broadwater group?

All 18 holes are in the open, so have a plan for wet weather.
Rock formations and streams are part of the course, so ask about access if someone has limited mobility.
Groups split into fours, so a big party will be spread around the course.
The minimum for a kids' party is 8 children, so smaller parties should ask what's possible.
