About Salisbury Hotel
Salisbury Hotel is a pub on Toohey Road in Salisbury, on Brisbane's southside, with a sports bar, bistro, gaming room, guest rooms and a large front-yard beer garden. Functions run across several indoor and outdoor areas, from a private boardroom to a courtyard you can book for exclusive use. The Courtyard is the main function area, seating 50 or holding 120 for a cocktail event. Fairy lights hang overhead and the bar is a few steps away, and it can be booked as a semi-private section or taken over entirely. The Bistro Garden is a grassed outdoor area under striped umbrellas, seating 50 or holding 60 standing, and the venue pitches it at birthdays, engagements and corporate functions. The Sports Bar Terrace fits up to 60 at high tables, and the private Boardroom seats 20 for meetings. The seated function menu is served alternate drop for groups of 20 or more, at $67 per person for two courses or $78 for three. Platters cover pizza, Aussie party food, seafood, cheese and charcuterie, each feeding about 8 to 10, and substantial canapés such as sliders and noodle boxes are priced by the piece. Drinks packages come in Standard, Premium and Deluxe tiers for two, three or four hours, starting at $48 per person. A bar tab on consumption or a cash bar can be arranged instead, and cocktails on arrival can be added. For work groups, day delegate packages include room hire, catering, whiteboard, flipchart and wifi. Send an enquiry with your date, numbers and preferred area to book.
