About Champagne Sailing

Champagne Sailing brings together comfort, style and genuine fun for a day or evening out on Sydney Harbour. The catamaran is designed to make the most of both indoor and outdoor space, so your group can spread out, mingle and take in the views without feeling cramped. At the bow, two tables surrounded by relaxed lounge seating create a cosy nook for guests to chat and soak up the harbour scenery. Nearby, two sun nets let guests lie back, catch some rays and enjoy the breeze off the water. When it's time to eat, the covered dining area offers plenty of seating around a large table, perfect for shared meals and drinks while cruising past the sights. Practical touches make the experience easy, including a transom shower and two indoor toilets. For guests who want to get active, there's a paddleboard and a lily pad to enjoy the water directly from the boat. Onboard entertainment comes courtesy of a premium sound system with speakers placed around the vessel for immersive sound, plus Bluetooth and AUX connectivity so guests can play their own playlists. There's even a compact dance floor for those who want to keep the party going. Should the weather turn, Champagne Sailing can be fully enclosed, keeping guests comfortable and the good times rolling regardless of conditions.

Pricing

Charters start from $600 per hour with a minimum booking of 4 hours, except bucks parties which run for a maximum of 3 hours but are charged at the standard 4 hour rate. If you'd like to drop off food and drinks ahead of your charter, this can be arranged at Clontarf Marina for a $100 fee to cover crew time. Early access to decorate the boat before your charter can also be organised, subject to availability, at $100 per half hour.

Food

Champagne Sailing offers plenty of flexibility when it comes to food. You can choose from a banquet or buffet menu, a canape and platter menu, or make use of the onboard BBQ facility and BBQ menu. BYO food is also welcome, and plates and cutlery are provided for guests bringing their own catering, with table dining set up for a relaxed meal on the water.

Beverages

Drinks are BYO only, with disposable cups supplied for guests. Ice is available on request for $6 per bag, so you can keep everything cold without needing to bring your own.

Wharfs & Availability

Champagne Sailing is available for charter every day, though it's best to check real-time availability when enquiring. All cruises require a minimum of 4 hours, other than bucks parties which are capped at 3 hours but billed at the 4 hour rate. Lunchtime cruises need to start by 1.00pm, while evening charters are set to begin no earlier than 5.00pm.

Pickup is available from a range of wharves including King St Wharf in the CBD (the most popular option), Towns Place Wharf, Eastern Pontoon at Circular Quay, Yeend St in Balmain, Lavender Bay, Watsons Bay, Mosman Bay, Old Cremorne Wharf, Rose Bay, Yarranabee, Clontarf and Manly. All wharf pickups are subject to availability, and other locations may be arranged on request with additional fees possibly applying. A $150 fee applies for wharves west of the Harbour Bridge. Please note the vessel cannot pick up from Double Bay, Kirribilli, Cremorne Wharf, Man O'War Campbells Cove, or anywhere under the Spit Bridge.
