Gold Limousines is a family business based on the Gold Coast, with more than 15 years spent driving weddings, formals and special events around the region. Bookings are handled personally, and the chauffeurs know the local venues and roads well. The fleet covers four sizes, led by a white stretch limousine for up to 10 passengers. A BMW 7 Series suits a couple or a small party of up to 4, the Mercedes V-Class carries up to 7, and the Sprinter moves between 11 and 13 people. Every vehicle is air-conditioned. Weddings are a large part of the work. A single car can collect the bride, or several vehicles can be coordinated for the groom and groomsmen, photo locations, the run from ceremony to reception, and guests moving between venues. Beachfront ceremonies and hinterland weddings are both covered, and the team tries to stay flexible if the day runs behind. School formals, birthdays, concerts and corporate functions make up much of the rest. Travelling as one group keeps a formal party together and saves organising several cars, while work bookings cover teams, clients and delegates heading to venues such as The Star Gold Coast.
