About Wicked Hens Parties
Wicked Hens Parties is a hens party planning business with its office in Surfers Paradise. Its planners put together hens nights and full weekends on the Gold Coast, covering activities, transfers, nightlife and somewhere for the group to stay. There are two ways to start. You can pick one of 13 Gold Coast packages and change whichever parts do not suit, or use the build-your-own option and have a planner combine activities around your budget and numbers. Extras such as a bar tab can go in and transfers can come out, so a package is a starting point and not a fixed plan. The activity list runs to 61 Gold Coast options. It takes in private cruises and yachts, spa and pamper days, high tea, a fire truck party, pizza making, putt putt, ten pin bowling and in-room styling with catering and decorations. Evenings can include a three-course dinner, a pub meal or a night out at the clubs. The group side is where the service earns its keep for a maid of honour. Guests can share ideas, vote on what they like and pass on dietary needs. Once the holding fee is paid, each person added to the guest list receives a link to confirm and pay in full or by instalments, and reminders go to anyone still owing. Can we change a Wicked Hens Parties package?
Yes. Packages can be customised, so you can trade one item for another, include a bar tab or drop a transfer. If nothing fits, the build-your-own option starts from scratch around your group and budget.
How do guests pay for the hens party?
After the holding fee, guests added to the online guest list receive a text and an email with a link. They create an account, confirm they are attending and pay in full or by instalments, and the organiser can see who has paid.
When is the balance due?
Full payment falls due 28 days before the event. If your holding fee came to more than your own share, the overpayment is refunded to you in the week of the party.
Can the group cover the hen's share?
Yes. The payment system can spread the hen's portion across the other guests so she has nothing to pay. Ask your party planner to switch this on when the plan is being set up.
What sort of activities can be included on the Gold Coast?
