About Wynnum Tavern
The Wynnum Tavern is a local pub at 1975 Wynnum Road in Wynnum West, on Brisbane's bayside. It runs a bistro, a sports bar with pool tables and screens, and a gaming room. For functions the pub can take up to 250 guests across its spaces. The team looks after catering, room set-up, decorations and AV gear, so most of the planning happens in one place. The Sports Bar holds up to 250 for a cocktail event. It has its own bar for your guests and a mix of seating and standing areas that can be arranged to suit. The Bistro is a comfortable indoor room for up to 120, set up for either a seated meal or a stand-up function. Outside, the Terrace takes up to 80 and suits a relaxed celebration in the warmer months. The pub hosts birthdays, lunches, cocktail parties, work conferences and wedding receptions. Food packages and presentation facilities are available, and you can send an enquiry to the events team to plan the day.
