Norman's Bar takes up to 300 for an exclusive cocktail party or 120 seated, and smaller sections can be roped off for 20 to 150. The Garden Alcoves seat up to 47 or hold 80 standing, and the BBQ Court seats 100 with the grill in full view. Upstairs, the Hereford Room and the Angus Room with its Brahman breakout space suit business meetings and private dinners for 12 to 60, depending on layout. They come with Wi-Fi, private restrooms, a projector with HDMI, a microphone, a whiteboard and a flip chart. The Longhorn Room hosts family-style private dining for 10 to 30. Catering can come from the restaurant menu, a set menu or a platter menu of shared finger food for 10 to 12 guests per platter. The Norman Experiences go further, with a Backyard BBQ, a Longhorn Table dinner of prime rib, a Mastersteak grill class for teams and a Big Lunch with a three-hour drinks package. Private spaces may carry a minimum spend that varies with the room, date and style of event. Send an enquiry and the functions team will suggest the right private or semi-private option.
