About Patch eSpace
Patch eSpace is a private event room inside a heritage-listed building in the Brisbane CBD. Original brick and timber sit alongside a clean modern fit-out, and the space is run by Patch, a Brisbane creative agency. It is one open room that seats up to 60 for dinner or theatre-style sessions, or holds 120 for a cocktail party. Furniture includes bar tables, couches, armchairs and banquet tables, and the layout, lighting and branding can be changed to suit the event. Every booking is exclusive. The room comes with a private bar and dance floor, Wi-Fi and AV equipment including a TV screen, speakers, a projector and screen, plus unisex bathrooms with a shower. Standard packages give four hours of exclusive use, onsite furniture, bar service staff and an event coordinator, with an hour to set up and 30 minutes to pack down. You can choose venue hire with a bar spend, a minimum spend only, or venue hire on its own. Food comes through catering partners, from charcuterie and grazing boards to more filling bites such as sliders, and dietary needs can be met. Drinks run on Silver and Gold packages of three to four hours, or through bar tabs and custom cocktail menus. Add-ons include a styling package with marquee numbers, a cake stand and backdrop, plus uplights, a disco ball, microphones and in-house photography or video. Tours can be arranged before booking.

How many guests can Patch eSpace hold?

What does it cost to hire?
Published hire rates are $650 for a half day of five hours and $1,000 for a full day of nine hours. Evenings are quoted per event, and some event types carry a minimum spend.
Is the venue exclusive to our group?
Yes. Bookings include exclusive use of the room, and standard packages cover four hours with furniture, bar service staff and an event coordinator.
Can we arrange food and drinks?
Yes. Catering partners provide charcuterie, grazing and substantial bites such as sliders, with dietary needs catered for. Drinks are offered as Silver or Gold packages, bar tabs or a custom cocktail menu.
Is there parking nearby?
There is no parking on site, but street parking and the Howard Smith Wharves car park are close by, and buses, trains and ferries are within reach.
