About Club Felix
Club Felix takes up level one of Naldham House, a heritage-listed building on the corner of Felix and Mary streets in the Brisbane CBD. It is run purely as a private event space, so the floor is yours for the night rather than shared with walk-in drinkers. The look is dark and plush: low lighting, rich fabrics, heritage windows and a central bar with a baby grand piano beside it. Lounges, ottomans and high bar tables mix with banquet tables and bentwood chairs depending on the event. With exclusive use of the floor you can host up to 140 guests standing or 100 seated, or 90 seated once a dance floor or DJ booth goes in. The floor has its own bathrooms, a dedicated kitchen and a balcony facing Felix Street. For smaller numbers, heavy curtains split the room. Behind the Curtain is a private back area for 60 seated or standing, while the Heritage Bar option gives up to 70 guests the lounge side with direct bar access. Food is served as canapés or shared banquet menus planned with the events team, from oyster stations to tailored cocktails, and most dietary needs can be catered for when confirmed ahead. Drinks run on consumption, as a bar tab or as a cash bar. A roving microphone, in-house PA, data projector and screen are part of exclusive hire, and a band or DJ can be added. Minimum spends depend on the date and time, so send an enquiry with your numbers to get a quote.

How many guests can Club Felix hold?
Exclusive use of the floor takes up to 140 guests standing or 100 seated, dropping to 90 seated with a dance floor or DJ booth. The curtained back room holds 60 and the Heritage Bar area up to 70 standing.
Is there a minimum spend?
Yes. Minimum spends vary with the date and time of the event and are quoted on request. If the minimum is not reached, the difference is charged as room hire.
Can we have a DJ or live band?
Yes. A dance floor and a band or DJ can be added to an exclusive booking, and the in-house PA, roving microphone and baby grand piano are already in the room.
How are drinks handled?
You can run drinks on consumption as a bar tab, or let guests buy their own from the bar as a cash bar. The events team can also create bespoke cocktails for the night.
Is there parking at the venue?
There is no on-site parking. The events team can suggest car parks nearby, and site visits can be arranged by appointment before you book.

An amazing bar. The upstairs area was very quiet relaxing and has a very high end feel. The staff and bar staff were great and interacted with all patrons. We will definitely be back when back in Brisbane
