About Kedron Park Hotel
The Kedron Park Hotel sits on Lutwyche Road in Kalinga, on Brisbane's northside, and has been pouring beers since 1881. High ceilings run right through the building, which lets a large party spread out while a small group still feels comfortable. There are three areas to book. The Lounge Bar takes about 80 standing or 40 seated and comes with its own bar and a large screen. The Public Bar holds up to 300 standing or 50 seated, has nine screens, a pool table and a jukebox, and can be split into sections. The Restaurant takes the most guests, with natural light, a microphone and TVs included. It suits anything from a family dinner of ten to a cocktail party of 400, and seats more than 100. Food is built around shared platters, each sized for roughly ten guests: cheese, antipasto, party food, seafood, sandwiches, a hot house mix, fruit and desserts. Set menus and buffets can also be arranged with the functions team. For drinks, choose an open bar settled at the end, a capped tab, a cash bar, or a two or three hour package in standard, premium or platinum. A tea and coffee station is available too. You can bring your own decorations and a cake with no cakeage, and the pub can supply helium balloons. A $100 deposit and the signed function pack confirm the booking, so send an enquiry to check dates.

How many guests can the Kedron Park Hotel hold for a function?
The Restaurant takes up to 400 for a cocktail party and seats over 100. The Public Bar holds 300 standing or 50 seated, and the Lounge Bar suits about 80 standing or 40 seated.
What drinks packages are available?
Packages run for two or three hours. Standard is $35 or $45 per person, premium $45 or $55 per person, and platinum $65 or $75 per person, with spirits included in the top two tiers. You can also run an open bar paid at the end, a tab with a set limit, or a cash bar.
What food can we order?
Platters each feed around ten people, from fruit at $90 to seafood at $130, with cheese, antipasto, party food, sandwiches, desserts and a hot house mix in between. Set menus and buffets can be arranged on request, and dietary needs should be noted when you order.
Can we bring a cake and decorations?
Yes. There is no cakeage on a cake you bring in, and you are welcome to decorate, as long as nothing is nailed, pinned or stapled to the walls. Helium balloons can be supplied at $5 for a bunch of five.
Is there anything to know about 21st birthdays?
For a 21st with more than 100 guests, the hotel requires a security guard at $50 an hour for at least four hours. Minors can attend with a parent or guardian but must leave by 9pm.
