About Springlake Hotel
Springlake Hotel sits on Springfield Lakes Boulevard beside Spring Lake, with bushland around it and parking on site. As well as its bistro, sports bar and outdoor terrace, it runs a separate function centre for anything from a casual get-together to a formal dinner. The function centre has two 12 x 15 metre rooms, Boulevard and Avenue, each with a floating ceiling and chandeliers. Boulevard has a five-panel window looking onto the bush, while Avenue has a built-in timber-panelled bar. Opened up together, the two rooms become the Grand Pavilion, a 24 x 15 metre space for up to 200 seated or 400 standing. On their own, Boulevard takes 100 seated or 200 standing and Avenue 80 seated or 150 standing. For smaller groups, the Balcony opens off the restaurant and lounge area, strung with festoon lights and room for about 100 standing. The Terrace suits around 40 for pre-dinner drinks, and the outdoor Sun Deck takes about 80. Food runs from canapé packages with four, six or eight choices to platters, carvery-style buffets, a bespoke buffet and set menus of two or three courses. Most packages need at least 20 guests, and the kitchen marks low gluten, low dairy, vegetarian and vegan choices. Drinks can be set up as two, three or four hour packages at standard, premium or deluxe level, a bar tab with a limit you choose, or a cash bar. Weddings have their own all-inclusive packages, and there is a school formal package for the Grand Pavilion.

Sensational service, was served by a very friendly gentleman bartender who seems to genuinely love his job. I highly recommend coming here for a delicious feed, great service and an even better beer.
