About Archer Brewing
Archer Brewing is a family-owned independent brewery on Newmarket Road in Wilston. It brews inside a twin-arched building that looks like an aircraft hangar, and the aviation theme runs right through the venue. The brewpub spreads over two levels, with the brewery itself directly behind the bar. Wilston train station is about 300 metres away, and there is parking beside and behind the building as well as on the street. There are four function areas. The Brew Deck is the most private, overlooking the brewing kit, for 20 to 40 guests. The Bar Deck is one long table for around 20, and Under the Arches takes groups of 10 or the whole area for up to 50. For bigger parties the entire upstairs can be booked for 70 to 110 guests. Outside regular trading hours the team will open the whole venue for groups of 150 or more. The in-house kitchen cooks pub food, burgers and share plates, and function menus are put together to suit each event. Six core beers and ciders and six rotating small-batch brews are on tap, alongside Australian wines, spirits and cocktails. The Brew Deck has a projector and screen for presentations and meetings. Send an enquiry with your date and numbers and the team will tailor the space, menu and drinks.
