About Fosh
Fosh is a modern Australian seafood restaurant and bar at Portside Wharf on Hercules Street, Hamilton, right on the Brisbane River. Its seafood is line caught and reaches the plate within a day, alongside fresh local produce and a long list of cocktails and wines. The room is bright and relaxed, with white timber, curved banquettes and plenty of greenery, and it opens between indoor and outdoor tables with boats moored outside. For functions, the events space beside the water holds up to 150 guests. It can be set for a sit-down meal or a cocktail-style party, so it works for receptions and big birthdays as well as work events. Smaller groups can take the semi-private al fresco dining area, which seats or stands 60 to 80 guests and comes with dedicated waiting staff. Indoor areas are also available for more intimate gatherings. Everything is on one level, with accessible bathrooms, and the kitchen will adapt menus for dietary needs where it can if told early. Two hours of free undercover parking is available at the Secure Parking off Hercules Street, and CityCat services run to Bretts Wharf.
