About Hibiscus Room @ Hibiscus Bar & Terrace
Hibiscus Bar & Terrace is the rooftop bar on level four of the Hyatt Regency Brisbane, above Queen Street Mall. It is a relaxed, sunny spot by day and a city-lights bar at night, looking out over heritage buildings and the skyline. The Hibiscus Room is its indoor event space. Floor-to-ceiling windows line the room, so guests look out over the bar, the outdoor infinity pool and the mall below while staying private. The room takes up to 100 guests. Photos on the venue's site show it set with long banquet tables and with round tables, and it is offered for private meetings, networking events and social celebrations. Next door, the Hibiscus Terrace is an open-air area for up to 80, set up for cocktails and canapés beside the pool. The two spaces suit an event that wants an indoor base with outdoor drinks close by. The bar's kitchen works with Queensland produce, with grilled skewers, burgers, share boards and comfort dishes on its everyday menu. Behind the bar are signature cocktails, local beers and a broad wine list. Guests on foot enter from Queen Street opposite Uptown, and vehicles arrive via Burnett Lane. For dates, menus and pricing, send an enquiry to the events team.
