About Capalaba Tavern
Capalaba Tavern stands on Old Cleveland Road at the corner of Redland Bay Road in Capalaba. It is a long-running local pub with a schnitzel restaurant, a sports bar and several areas that can be set aside for functions. The House of Schnitzel at the front of the building holds the most guests, catering for up to 160 people. The Terrace, just off the restaurant, seats 50 or holds 60 for a cocktail event, and it also works well for meetings. The Deck sits off the Sports Bar and looks out over bushland. It is heated in the cooler months and suits groups from 20 up to 160, with a pool table, darts, ping pong and a jukebox nearby. The deck area has a full bar, a music system, a large covered smoking area and TAB and Keno facilities. A dedicated functions team helps with planning and looks after the event on the day. The Sports Bar shows sport on its screens and pours a wide range of tap beer, cider, wine and spirits. The tavern hosts cocktail parties, engagements, birthdays, Christmas parties and corporate events, and The Terrace also suits bridal showers. Send an enquiry to choose a space and plan your menu.
