Cheeky Faces Entertainment sends face painters and balloon twisters to kids' birthday parties in Brisbane. It was started in 2012 by Ciara Thorburn and has been run since 2022 by Latonya Wigginton and Ambrose Kelso, who also run a circus and performance company. Kids' parties are booked as set packages, so you know exactly what is covered. Fabulous Faces gives a group of up to 25 children two hours of painted designs, while Beautiful Balloons offers two hours of twisted balloons for the same number. The Combo Party mixes both for up to 15 children over two hours, and the Deluxe party gives up to 20 children face painting and balloons across two and a half hours, so pick the one that matches your guest list. Artists arrive with all their own equipment, so there is nothing to set up, and they work quickly to keep the line short. Every artist is insured, holds a current Working with Children Check and paints with cosmetic-grade, skin-safe products. Themed menus for Easter, Halloween and Christmas are also on offer. Performance Details

Packages run for two or two and a half hours. Artists bring their own kit and are set up in about 15 minutes; parking needs to be available at the party. One face painter covers roughly 15 faces an hour and a balloon artist about 20 balloons an hour.
